SŌLACE Boats came to us needing a new website host and discussing a new website. We assisted in a successful transfer of domain hosting and then began discussion for a new website.
When we started the new website design project with SŌLACE Boats, we first discussed what they did and didn’t like about their current website. Understanding what it is that our partners want to see in their finished product is essential to the design process. Knowing if the design should be strong and powerful or quiet and delicate enables the design team to know what element will work and what will come off in the wrong way.
The redesign of the SŌLACE Boats website was extensive and in depth. We took a look at what the company is, who they are, their history, connections, and heart behind the business to get a good understanding of how their website should feel and work.
With a contrast of light and dark to bring the intensity and having clean, clear wording, we brought a website that is up to date, but not “a product of the time”. This allows for SŌLACE Boats to stay relevant but not have to undergo a website redo any time soon. Longevity is essential when you have a brand like SŌLACE Boats. You want a strong, consistent theme so that your products are also seen as reliable and trustworthy.
